Not a corporate biography. A plain answer to why this exists.
Why we exist
Towing and roadside professionals see things most people never will — and are expected to clear the scene, drive back to the yard, and take the next call. There has been very little built for this industry, in this country, that acknowledges what that actually costs. Beyond the Call exists to help fill that gap.
The towing industry
Operators work long shifts in all conditions, often alone, often first on scene at collisions, fatalities, and emergencies. The work is essential — and it routinely exposes people to difficult situations that don't simply end when the hook comes off.
Our purpose
To provide information, education, and practical tools — and to point operators, families, and employers toward qualified Canadian help. Nothing here tells you what you should feel. The goal is simply that no one in this industry has to carry a hard call completely alone, or without knowing where to look next.
We are not here to tell people what they should feel. We're here so that when a call stays with someone, they have somewhere to start.
